Jacqueline Stuart
Director
Jacqueline is the founder and Director of Slovenia Invest, in post since 2006. Her work encompasses sales and acquisitions of real estate assets, landlord and tenant representation, feasibility studies, valuations and other advisory services. She became a member of the RICS in July 2017, and is a registered valuer. Jacqueline holds the EPC card is licensed and insured to work as a real estate agent in Slovenia. She is considered an expert in the Slovene real estate market, and regularly contributes articles to Slovenia’s daily financial newspaper and other newspapers and broadcast media. Jacqueline is the leading hotel broker in CEE, having successfully sold 19 properties. She holds the certificate in hotel industry analytics. Jacqueline has worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years, in Spain, the UK and Slovenia. Jacqueline belongs to a dynasty of successful individuals in the built environment. Jacqueline is a native English speaker and speaks fluent Spanish and Italian, and basic Slovene and Croatian. She has dual nationality British/Slovenian.
Alexander Stuart
Marketing Associate
Alexander is the second generation of the Stuart family to work in S-Invest. He is responsible for the design of all of the marketing materials produced by the company, including property details, research reports, and web content. Alexander grew up in Slovenia from age 4 to 15, before leaving for Italy to study graphic design, then on to university in Aalborg, Denmark, where he obtained a degree in Design, Technology and Business.
Alexander is bilingual English/Slovene, and speaks good Italian, Spanish and Croatian.
Bluebell
Director of Pup-lick relations
Bluebell joined Slovenia Invest December 2015, two months after she was born in the north of Ljubljana on 12th October. Her work at Slovenia Invest includes motivating all team members, generating goodwill, and entertaining visiting Clients. She regularly wins the team member of the month award.
Metka Zavodnik
Licensed broker (In association with Metka Zavodnik s.p.)
Metka Zavodnik obtained her real estate license in March 2021, after a long career in project management and relationship management working for a Swiss company focussed on premium brands in the middle-east. She handles sales and rentals for S-Invest. Metka obtained a bachelor's degree from the University of Maribor in 1991. She speaks fluent Slovenian and English, and basic Croatian and German.
Gaja Medved
Research Associate
Gaja is a geodetic engineer who finished her education at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Ljubljana in 2020. Her bachelor thesis for Geodesy and Geoinformatics, ‘themed Tactile maps for blind and visually impaired’ was partly completed in Lithuania during an exchange, with the participation of Lithuanian professors. She is continuing her education on Master level studies of Spatial planning.
Gaja has responsibility for researching technical and statistical data for valuations and in preparation for sales. Her knowledge about spatial data for analysis purposes is broad. Gaja prepares property presentations, market snapshots, validation reports, visual spatial presentations, spatial analysis and compilation of databases.
Gaja previously worked in two geodetic companies where she participated in internships. She participated in the project carried out by the Geodetic Institute of Slovenia, assisting with an update of land use all over Slovenia. She is a native Slovene speaker, speaks fluent English and Croatian and basic German.
