Land for sale in Slovenia is still suffering from the aftermath of the banking crisis, with high asking prices and very few transactions. Much of Slovenia land is in negative equity with loans in excess of market value. However things are improving with the instigation of the bad bank in January 2014. 3bn€ of assets including industrial sites in Slovenia and other land was transferred to the bad bank and is now available for sale. Early indications are that the asking prices will be in line with regional norms.
