Gorenja vas-Reteče is located between Škofja Loka (6 km), Kranj (10 km), and Medvode (5 km). Ljubljana is 20 km away. Two important transport routes run through the settlement: a regional road connecting Škofja Loka and Ljubljana, which meets the borders of the Kranj and Medvode municipalities, and a railway line connecting Jesenice and Ljubljana. Reteče has a railway station as well as two intercity bus stops.

Gorenja vas near Reteče is the easternmost settlement in the Municipality of Škofja Loka. The village is home to the well-known Chinese restaurant Zlata ribica and the formerly popular inn Vigred (above the terrace of the Sora River), as well as the Domel factory (formerly Corona).

A warehouse tent, built in 1981, is available for rent near the Domel factory. It has a size of 450 m² (30 m x 15 m). The tent is rented as a whole but can be divided into two parts for separate tenants. The warehouse is surrounded by a 1,818 m² plot of land, which is also available for rent. The landlord plans to asphalt the entire area; currently, approximately 800 m² is paved.

The entire property is fenced. The warehouse has electricity, and a water hydrant is located right by the fence. There is also a 12 m² covered area next to the tent.
