The building is situated at a strategic location at the intersection of Dunajska Road and the Ljubljana ring road, providing quick connections to all highway directions from Ljubljana and easy access to Jože Pučnik Airport Ljubljana. They include building management and maintenance, heating, security, cleaning of common areas, maintenance of technical systems, and other common building operating costs. Operating costs do not include cleaning of office spaces and internet services. The building is equipped with a district heating system and air conditioning units.
Parking spaces are available for tenants in the garage and in the outdoor parking lot adjacent to the building, which is separately owned; the monthly subscription fee is 130 EUR, and the fee for a reserved parking space is 180 EUR. The location is also well-connected by public transportation, as several LPP city bus lines (lines 6, 8, 11, 19, 22) run along Dunajska Road, providing quick access to the city center and other parts of Ljubljana.
