The property is located on a 92,700m2 plot in Sežana, a few hundred metres from the border with Italy. The main logistics centre for Tedi’s central European operations is on the same site, working since 2023.
Sežana is located on pan European transport corridor 5, that stretches from Venice to Kiev. It is 30 minutes drive to the port of Trieste, and 30 minutes drive to the port of Koper. Ljubljana, and Slovenia’s main international airport, is reached within 60 minutes drive. Sežana is one hour and 10 minutes drive from the port of Rijeka in Croatia.
