The Municipality of Jesenice is located in the far northwest of Slovenia. It is bordered by Austria to the north, and the Karavanke Tunnel to the west, which is the shortest road connection between the Upper Sava Valley and Western Europe.

The warehouse is located right by the road and has two entrances. Access is available from the west side for vans or trucks, and on the east side, there is a loading ramp. The ceiling height of the space ranges from 4 to 8 meters.
