Blejska Dobrava is a small alpine village of just less than 1,000 inhabitants. It is part of the municipality of Jesenice, in the Gorenjska region.

  • The Jesenice-Bohinj railroad runs through the village. It is 8 minutes drive to the town of Jesenice.
  • The property was constructed in 1960.
  • The property comprises part of an industrial building measuring 3,107,07m2, a separate wooden storage building of 270m2 (wholly owned), and a small transformer station of 20m2 (wholly owned).
  • The building shared with Sumida is partly one-storey high, and partly three storeys high.
