A partially equipped restaurant is available in a part of the building, built in 1922 and renovated in 2005. Space can also be found for the purpose of operating other activities.

The building is connected to the water and electricity networks, the telecommunications network and the sewage system. Connection to gas is also possible.

The restaurant is located in an excellent location along the Road of the Krsna Victims, which runs right next to the western side of the building. The restaurant terrace by the entrance and the closed wooden terrace are clearly visible from the main road that runs through Krško and from which there is direct access to the parking lot next to the restaurant. There is a small green area next to the terrace. The restaurant has an extremely long tradition, as there has been an inn on the site since 1860, and the local people are well-known and there are already requests for its reopening.

There is a partially equipped restaurant with a total size of 159m2, which includes:
– on the first floor: restaurant area, small restaurant room, wooden terrace, space behind the bar counter and staircase
– on the lower floor: room under the stairs, WC M/F, room for employees with WC, sink and shower, basement, room with stone walls, where it is possible to place e.g. pool table.

There can be 12 tables or 72 seats inside, and 12 tables or 48 seats on the terrace.

There is no kitchen, but there is plenty of space behind the bar to prepare refreshments (hamburgers, hot dogs, etc.).

Rental price: €875/month or €5.5/m2/month + costs

THE SPACE CAN ALSO BE RENTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING OTHER ACTIVITIES such as office services (insurance, law, agency), dental or other surgery, fashion salon, pastry shop, conference hall, shop, post office, bank or quiet trade (shoemaking, engraving, workshop, warehouse, service, etc.)

There is a free parking lot next to the building for guests – approx. 40 cars.

We do not charge tenants a commission for renting business premises.
