Slovenska cesta is the main road in the strict center of the city of Ljubljana. In the direction to the north, at the intersection with Tivoli, it is renamed Dunajska cesta. It is one of the most famous and busiest roads in Ljubljana, as the routes of most of the city’s (LPP) bus lines run along it, thus giving passengers access to most of Ljubljana’s settlements.

The building at Slovenska 54, built in 1970, offers business premises with exceptional views of the entire city, including the Ljubljana Castle.
On the 13th floor, there are 477m2 of business premises available, which will be in even; and completely renovated, (new floors, walls, doors, new kitchen, renovated toilets…) can be according to the wishes of the tenant.

Rental price: from €15 to €16/m2/month + VAT + expenses

The rental price depends on the size of the rented space and the duration of the rental relationship. €16/m2/month is in the case of renting completely renovated business premises. In the case of renting premises as they are, the price is lower.
Costs: approx. 3.5€/m2/month

The office space is rented as a whole or it can be divided into two parts.
M/F toilets and a kitchenette are also available on the first floor.
There is a reception in the building, otherwise access is possible 24/7.
The office building is neat and presentable, in an excellent location, and the office premises, located on the 13th floor, boast views of the city.
Parking is possible in the nearby Trdinova Parking Lot.

We do not charge tenants a commission for renting business premises.
